We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Writer with a strong background in producing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. As a key member of our product and engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical content that enables developers, partners, and internal teams to understand and integrate with our products effectively.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in writing technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, and complex software systems. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure our documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, integration manuals, API references, developer guides, release notes, and system operation documents.
• Write clear, consistent, and engaging content that simplifies complex technical concepts for various audiencesdevelopers, business users, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and translate technical details into user-friendly documentation.
• Create API documentation using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, or Redoc.
• Continuously audit and update existing documentation to improve clarity, usability, and alignment with evolving product features.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to documentation planning in sync with product releases and sprint cycles.
• Establish documentation best practices, style guides, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across all technical content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Technical Writer in a software/technology environment.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including developer guides, API docs, system architecture documents, and knowledge base articles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Swagger, Postman, Markdown, Git, Confluence, JIRA, and documentation generators like Sphinx or Docusaurus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
• Familiarity with programming concepts, particularly in RESTful APIs, JSON, and scripting languages.
• Experience working with SaaS products or B2B technology companies.
