About the Role

We are looking for a partner to help us realize our talent vision.

Our choice of name, Arkham, is not a coincidence. Inspired by Batman's Arkham Asylum, we want Arkham to be the first choice for the most hardcore technical talent across LATAM and the US. Our team is made up of senior Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers who are obsessed with our mission and willing to go to extreme lengths to bring it to life. Arkham isn't for everyoneit's the home of the crazy ones, the ones who think differently and push the limits of what's possible.

Over the past year, we?ve relied on our personal network to build a team that is now 14 strong. As we approach our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Technical Recruited to help us scale our recruiting capabilities.

Over the next six months, we plan to grow our headcount by 50%, with roles including:

• 2 Forward Deployed Analytics Engineers
• 2 Forward Deployed Data Scientists
• 1 Senior Data Engineer
• 1 Marketing Lead

Your role will be to build and scale our talent acquisition practice, which includes:

• Collaborating with Hec and I (co-founders) and leaders to create a long-term talent strategy
• Sourcing and recruiting exceptional junior and senior talent
• Building university partnerships across LATAM and the US to tap into emerging talent
• Anticipating future talent needs and developing a pipeline for growth
• Ensuring a seamless hiring process from recruitment to onboarding

Core Responsibilities

• Design and own the entire recruiting life cycle, including job description creation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Actively engage with talent through referrals, sourcing new leads, leveraging technology, partnering with external recruiters, attending events, and more.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first contact through to offer acceptance.
