One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter | Engineering, Product & Design in the United States .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical recruiter to shape and scale a high-performing Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top-tier talent while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. Partnering directly with leadership, you'll play a key role in influencing hiring decisions and establishing best-in-class hiring practices. This role is perfect for someone who's motivated by impact, driven by data, and excited to contribute to a fast-moving, people-first culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, and design roles, including high-priority and new profile searches.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and build scalable hiring plans.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies and drive talent engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze recruiting funnel data to identify opportunities for optimization and improve time-to-hire.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values, culture, and mission to prospective candidates.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a late-stage SaaS startup (Series C+).
  • Proven ability to recruit and close top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design functions.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, market research, and talent mapping.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Teamable, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
