Key Responsibilities/ Position Details:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Frontend Developer with 6-10 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript. As a Frontend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.
2. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional and visually engaging user interfaces.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
4. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
5. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end interfaces with server-side systems and APIs.
6. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
7. Collaborate with the QA team to address and resolve reported bugs and issues.
8. Manage and mentor multiple team members, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster their professional growth.
9. Ensure reportees are well-coached, develop their skills, meet performance goals, and progress in their careers by aligning their development with team objectives.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development technologies and techniques.
11. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and contribute to improving development practices.
12. Apply responsive design principles to ensure consistent user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
13. Keep abreast of emerging industry standards and ensure the application of best practices in front-end development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 6-10 years of hands-on experience in frontend development using ReactJS.
• Experience in leading a team and guiding juniors.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience with responsive web design and implement visually appealing user interfaces.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• Solid understanding of ReactJS concepts and its ecosystem, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
