Job Description:

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for SCS Pricing & rating updates. Will require good analytical skill to analyze SCS shipments, pricing, rating and shipment Invoices. For this position, requires, exceptional attention to detail, problem solving & judgment, basic research and analysis for which procedures may not always exist.

Job Duties

Pricing & Rating: Rates update in System for SCS services.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and prepare reports for management review.

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Each customers shipment is uniquely billed/paid. The position will require to review the shipments before invoicing and ensuring timely & accurate billing.
• Timely and accurate input of rates in billing systems.
• Ensure none of the invoices are generated incorrectly & rates are updated correctly.
• Overtime may be necessary, and the scheduled hours may change due to the needs of the department.

• Analytical, problem-solving and research skills with an _eye_ for detail.
• Must be resilient when working to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prompt follow up skills & must be able to work independently.
• Need to comprehend and cater to respective email requests accordingly.

Prerequisites

• Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline. (commerce preferable)
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ?SCS? , ?Freight Forwarding? E2K & Cargo-Wise is preferable.
