Johnston Allison Hord is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Tax Practice Group. Experience in the following areas would be favorably considered: Mitigating tax burdens for clients in areas involving mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, business tax planning, nonprofit tax planning, employee benefits, business succession, wealth transfer, charitable planning Federal, state and local taxation Representing clients in tax controversies before IRS Administrative Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court and Federal District Courts Qualified candidates must have graduated with an LLM and have at least 6 years of prior law firm experience, including experience in tax law.
