We keep growing! We are actively searching for a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in?Charlotte, NC. Our paralegals play a vital role on our case teams and are respected for their ideas and contributions. Highly competitive compensation.

• Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings)
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case
• Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas
• Assist with document review and analysis
• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage) to ensure information is organized and easy to locate
• Prepare for trial (including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing exhibits
• Gather and analyze complex medical records needed to prepare medical chronology

• A Bachelor?s Degree in any discipline, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience?
• Litigation ?experience?required
• Must be familiar with and able to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries?????

• Thorough, diligent, personable and highly motivated
• Capable of responding quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
• Able to anticipate challenges and exercise independent judgment to make sound decisions
• Comfortable with learning new technology and processes
