Job Description
Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opportunity for a Tax Controversy Attorney with 10+ 5+ years of substantive experience advising and representing clients with controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including providing expert assistance at every stage of the resolution process, from audit examinations to tax appeals and tax litigation and experience with both substantive issues and procedural matters in federal tax controversies. Ideal candidate must possess a transferable book of business, a LL.M. degree in Taxation and be a member of the Florida Bar. Fluency in the Spanish language is preferred but not required.
