Tax - Associate

Sidley?s Chicago office is seeking associates to join its Tax practice, working on M&A and joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions, securitizations, restructurings, and emerging company, private equity, and hedge fund representations. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of transactional tax experience, including experience with corporate and partnership tax issues. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek admission to the Illinois bar. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
