Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
