Systems Security Engineer, Senior

RMC is hiring for Senior Systems Security Engineer to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer in Dahlgren, VA. Position is contingent of successful award of contract. RMC is hiring for a Senior Systems Security Engineer to provide technical oversight of security and systems administration. The selected applicant will be expected to design, install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage security solutions.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is$110,000 - $170,000

Requirements

• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT security with the DoD or Navy.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis, risk analysis, SCAP scans, DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation, scanning for viruses and other software that is detrimental.
• Qualified experience in accreditation of systems and audits.
• One of the following IT certifications:CASP+, CISM or CISSP
• T3/T3R investigation
• Secret Clearance Required
