Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and onboard technicians (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc.) across Karnataka
Supervise daily operations and ensure service delivery meets OTA, TAT, and NPS targets
Regular field visits (1520 days/month) to assess service performance, resolve issues, and maintain technician standards
Negotiate with service professionals in alignment with Easy Fix terms and client expectations
Train new handymen on Easy Fix app usage, behavioral norms, and service protocols
Conduct audits, resolve grievances, and participate in daily/weekly huddles and reporting
Ensure technician compliance with company processes including background verification and CRM updates
Support cross-selling training initiatives at customer locations to generate business through field staff
Track supply status city-wise and update documentation for payout, recharge, and insurance processes

Requirements

Strong field management and vendor negotiation skills
Capable of multitasking, resolving challenges in real-time, and working independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with Karnataka's geography and local service markets
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Comfortable working in fast-paced and goal-driven environments
