Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard technicians (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc.) across Karnataka
- Supervise daily operations and ensure service delivery meets OTA, TAT, and NPS targets
- Regular field visits (1520 days/month) to assess service performance, resolve issues, and maintain technician standards
- Negotiate with service professionals in alignment with Easy Fix terms and client expectations
- Train new handymen on Easy Fix app usage, behavioral norms, and service protocols
- Conduct audits, resolve grievances, and participate in daily/weekly huddles and reporting
- Ensure technician compliance with company processes including background verification and CRM updates
- Support cross-selling training initiatives at customer locations to generate business through field staff
- Track supply status city-wise and update documentation for payout, recharge, and insurance processes
Requirements
- Strong field management and vendor negotiation skills
- Capable of multitasking, resolving challenges in real-time, and working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Karnataka's geography and local service markets
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and goal-driven environments
