Supervisor- field operation

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard technicians (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc.) across Karnataka
• Supervise daily operations and ensure service delivery meets OTA, TAT, and NPS targets
• Regular field visits (1520 days/month) to assess service performance, resolve issues, and maintain technician standards
• Negotiate with service professionals in alignment with Easy Fix terms and client expectations
• Train new handymen on Easy Fix app usage, behavioral norms, and service protocols
• Conduct audits, resolve grievances, and participate in daily/weekly huddles and reporting
• Ensure technician compliance with company processes including background verification and CRM updates
• Support cross-selling training initiatives at customer locations to generate business through field staff
• Track supply status city-wise and update documentation for payout, recharge, and insurance processes

Requirements

• Strong field management and vendor negotiation skills
• Capable of multitasking, resolving challenges in real-time, and working independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Karnataka's geography and local service markets
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and goal-driven environments
