Job Description


The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit practice. Candidates should have an expressed interest in representing corporate clients or financial institutions in securitization transactions. Experience in secured lending, capital markets or securitization transactions is preferred. The ability to work well as part of a team is essential. Candidates should welcome the opportunity to handle a wide range of securitization and structured finance transactions and to interact directly with clients and opposing counsel.

Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
