Job Description

Weil?s Structured Finance and Derivatives group is looking for an associate to join the New York office. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of securitization, CLO and derivatives matters. We are looking for an associate between class years 2021-2024.
What You'll Do:
Advise issuer, underwriter and investor clients on securitization matters involving a diverse range of asset classes and utilizing the entire spectrum of transaction structures, including private credit.
Advise asset-manager clients in connection with both U.S. and European CLO transactions.
Play a critical role in transactions tied to our marquee private equity, M&A, and restructuring practices ? collaborating with attorneys across our domestic and international offices.
Advise buy-side clients and private funds on complex derivatives transactions and regulatory matters.
