Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 2-3 years' experience. Experience in finance (including structured finance, asset-based lending or general corporate lending) with a strong background in commercial and residential mortgage loan, single-family rental, and other asset-backed transactions is preferred. Capabilities include drafting complex lending documents, such as structured warehouse lending and repurchase agreements and managing multiple transactions at once. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
