Weil?s Structured Finance and Derivatives group is looking for an associate to join the New York office. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of sophisticated matters involving structured products. We are looking for an associate between class years 2020-2023.
What You'll Do:

Advise premier buy-side clients and private funds on complex derivatives transactions and regulatory matters.
Gain hands-on experience with interest rate and FX derivatives, as well as exposure to commodities and equity-linked products.
Work on innovative structured finance deals, including fund repackagings and CLOs.
