Job Description
The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Contract Attorney or Staff Attorney with at least 1-2 years of Corporate and Capital Markets experience, specifically with offering documents and indentures, to support our Structured Credit Team. Strong word processing/Microsoft Word experience required. Must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $100,000 and a maximum of $142,500 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
