Dykema?s Los Angeles office seeks a Staff Attorney to join its National Discovery Counsel team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in California Breach of Warranty law, particularly in automotive-related litigation. This position requires a deep understanding of California breach of warranty laws, experience defending corporate depositions, and proficiency in handling discovery-related motions to compel. Experience managing large dockets across multiple jurisdictions within California state courts and collaborative experience is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines are essential. Candidates must possess strong writing and oral advocacy skills. The location is flexible within California, but travel is required as needed to attend court hearings, primarily in Los Angeles. Admission to the California Bar is required.
