We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in bulk hiring within a contact center environment. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates for multiple roles in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Conduct initial screening and interview candidates for contact center roles, ensuring they meet the required qualifications.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring activities.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
• Ensure all sourcing and recruiting activities are documented accurately.
• Assist in managing recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
• Handle candidate queries and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in bulk hiring, particularly in a contact center environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume recruitment setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software is a plus.

Note : This is a contractual position for a duration of one year, with the potential for extension based on performance.
