Job Description

Requirements

-Lead initiatives to integrate the E-Commerce marketplace with Sellers and 3rd Party Integrators (3PIs), while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders..

-Engage in detailed technical discussions and design exercises to educate Sellers, their development teams, and 3PIs about the benefits of leveraging E-Commerce's integration-focused products and features.

-Create and deliver impactful presentations, white papers, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to increase awareness and drive adoption of E-Commerce APIs.

-Collaborate closely with Sellers and 3PIs to gain insights into their usage of our API services and provide valuable feedback to the product and technical teams for continuous improvements.

-Demonstrate versatile skills to foster collaboration, architect solutions, analyze interconnected systems, conduct testing, and solve complex problems.

-Forge strong partnerships with product management and product marketing teams to shape the API product roadmap and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

-Facilitate the collection of customer feedback, distill and translate it into clear business and technical requirements for the product and engineering teams.

Requirements

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.

- 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
