Staff Product Manager - Activity

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Activity to lead Oura's Activity initiatives, shaping how our users engage with movement, recovery, and performance insights. This role will drive the strategy and execution of activity-related features, collaborating with designers, engineers, and data scientists to enhance user experiences across iOS and Android.

What you will do:

• Own and drive the roadmap for Oura's Activity initiatives
• Work closely with designers and developers to concept, prototype, ship, measure and improve features on iOS and Android platforms
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements
• Work with analysts and data scientists to measure success of features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team, if you have:

• 7+ years experience as a product manager for a consumer product
• Ability to build engaging Activity related products at scale
• Strong technical experience building products that utilize machine learning algorithms and embedded software
• A proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for and knowledge of the consumer health tech, sleep tech or wearable spaces

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

• Region 1: $182,000 - $228,000
• Region 2: $169,000 - $211,000
• Region 3:$159,000 - $199,000
