About the Role:

This role partners with our business and technology teams to deliver best-in-class BI solutions on top of the data products. CBRE has an existing enterprise data platform which is being used as the key data set for generating insights.

What You'll Do:

As part of our team, you'll become a partner in our delivery and create BI visualizations and data-driven solutions using our enterprise data platform. You will be responsible for managing the team?s delivery, and the expectation is for you to be hands-on technology (Databases, datamarts, PowerBI / Tableau, ETL Tools, Cloud). You should have expertise in channelling and prioritizing the team?s deliverables using agile Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).

You will mentor and support team members and peers to drive a one team culture where everyone can grow together and perform to the best of their abilities. You should be able to understand the domain and articulate the business solutions quickly.

What You'll Need:

A

bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a

relevant other subject

10+ years'

work experience with 5+ years' work experience in leading a team of

engineers and analysts.

Professional

experience developing BI & data science solutions using enterprise

data platform

Experience

of Cloud Infra, PowerBI / Tableau, ML and GenAI, Snowflake, ETL Tools

Excellent

working knowledge of SQL

JIRA or

similar agile boards
