Frontend Specialist (ReactJS)

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with a strong command of ReactJS to build and maintain scalable web applications. You'll be responsible for developing high-quality, user-centric solutions and contributing across the entire development lifecycle. A solid understanding of usability and visual design, along with a collaborative mindset, is essential. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Requirements

• Take end-to-end ownership of frontend development, driving the build and ongoing improvement of modern web applications using ReactJS.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on visual design and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to maintain application performance and stability.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing speed, scalability, and maintainability through performance tuning and refactoring.
• Implement and manage secure development practices to ensure data protection and adherence to compliance standards.
• Leverage modern frontend techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and effective state management.
• Work extensively with technologies including React.js, Redux, Material UI, TailwindCSS, JavaScript (ES6), and other modern web tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to support efficient development, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and take initiative in driving assigned tasks to completion.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend development or a similar role.
• Strong experience in building responsive desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks, microservices architecture , and Kubernetes .
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and responsive web design principles.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
