As the Social Enterprise Program Manager , you will be at the forefront of our efforts to create impactful social ventures that benefit our community. You will lead various programs that harness the power of entrepreneurship to provide job training, skill development, and economic growth while ensuring that our mission remains at the heart of everything we do.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and launching social enterprise programs that align with our mission
  • Collaborating with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers to amplify our impact
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure successful execution
  • Creating an engaging and supportive environment for team members and participants
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of social enterprise initiatives and sharing impactful stories
  • Providing mentorship and support to individuals involved in our social enterprises

Requirements

  • Strong Program Management skills are a must-have
  • Experience in managing social enterprises or nonprofit programs
  • Strong understanding of social impact principles and community engagement
  • Proven track record in project management, including budget oversight
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
  • Experience in developing programs that empower underserved communities
  • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
