Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Delivery Specialist to support our day-to-day operations. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, handling local deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping :

Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.
Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation (e.g., packing slips, tracking info).
Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers.

Receiving :

Receive and inspect incoming materials and equipment.
Verify contents against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Organize and store received items in designated areas.

Delivery :

Perform local deliveries and pickups to/from customers.
Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery logs.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain accurate inventory records using digital inventory management systems.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or delivery roles.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
