Job Description

Talent Worx is searching for an enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization, digital marketing, and a passion for driving organic traffic to our clients' websites. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that improve visibility, increase traffic, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and content opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for on-page SEO.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO auditing software.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Prepare and present SEO performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development practices is a plus.
