We are proud to be part of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT), a global leader in processing secure electronic financial transactions. Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been brought together to help establish the third largest money transfer business in the world.

We have an incredibly unique opportunity for an SEO expert to join our Xe marketing team in Irvine, California. Here you will manage SEO for a truly global site, driving hundreds of millions of visitors per year as a key channel for our international money transfer business. You will be responsible for all SEO activities such as content strategy, technical improvements to xe.com, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings globally. You will also be responsible for our app store optimization, an area of continual growth and importance across all our markets globally. There are few opportunities of this magnitude and importance in the SEO & ASO spaces.

What you'll do;

• Work with the Product and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across xe.com for projects both large and small
• Work with Brand and Content marketing team members to drive SEO content creation, particularly in the international money transfer space
• Work closely with our agency partners and internal teams to lead our app store optimization efforts across our key regional app stores for iOS and Android
• Socialize program performance, project status updates, resource requirements, and blockers to key stakeholders on a regular basis
• Research, prioritize, and recommend changes to website informational architecture, content , linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Develop and execute innovative back-link acquisition strategies

Key Outcomes

• Increase our organic traffic i n the Money Transfer and adjacent topic spaces globally across search engines and app stores
• Build on our existing organic traffic in the Currency Conversion space within Search Engines and the App Stores.
  

Requirements

Who you are;

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven SEO experience across several clients or within an internal SEO program
• In-depth experience with common SEO tools (e.g, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz etc.)
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
• Knowledge of key ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and Search Engine Marketing
• Capable of acting autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous environments
• Excellent prioritization & project management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities

Additional Preferences

• Experience with large and international websites
• Experience managing in-house SEO programs with multiple internal stakeholders involved
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development & constraints
• Experience managing projects with stakeholders based in multiple locations
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative field
