Requirements

A. Collaboration & Team Building

• Actively collaborate with internal teams on current and upcoming video projects.
• Work closely with the content marketing team to manage and execute the video production and post-production lifecycle.

B. From Concept to Delivery

• Manage and deliver a wide range of end-to-end video projects aligned with the broader video marketing strategy.
• Create compelling visual assets including themes, motion graphics, layouts, and design elements for multi-channel distribution.
• Partner with brand marketing teams to support mood board development, color palette planning, storyboarding, visual styles, voice-overs, illustrations, and animations.
• Contribute to developing a strong video brand messaging strategy and enhance brand identity with consistent visual guidelines.

C. Production & Editing
Lead and execute production of various video formats such as:

• Short-form social content (reels, promos, event recaps)
• Expert-led sessions (interviews, roundtables, panels)
• Founders' stories (video podcasts, profile features)
• Thematic social media videos
• Concept explainers

D. Event Coverage

• Participate in video production for major events.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams for pre-, during-, and post-event video planning and execution.
• Coordinate with production vendors to manage and archive full-day event footage.

E. Asset & Database Management

• Maintain organized records of all video projects, raw footage, exports, and related content assets.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience in advanced video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and the ability to integrate them effectively.
• Familiarity with current AI video editing tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of 3D and character animation for creating complete animated videos is a plus.
• Strong grasp of editorial content, promotional video formats, and branded storytelling.
• Understanding of digital video scripting and structure.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving editing standards and styles.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
• Effective time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of best practices for video across social media platforms.
