We're looking for a passionate and experienced Art Director with a background in B2C, content, or media design. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on designer, and creative leader with a strong eye for detail and a proven ability to manage projects, people, and time effectively.

Requirements

• Lead and execute creative design across all digital and print marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
• Define, evolve, and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their adherence across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and company leadership to bring campaigns to life.
• Translate marketing objectives and brand strategy into clear and compelling visual concepts.
• Oversee design strategy, project planning, and creative execution for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market and brand research to align visuals with audience and industry trends.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of designers and creatives.
• Supervise all aspects of the creative process from ideation to final delivery.
• Manage timelines and budgets while ensuring top-quality output.
• Resolve design, process, and team challenges as they arise.
• Keep up with industry best practices, creative trends, and emerging tools.

• 46 years of experience in a creative or design leadership role, preferably as a Creative Lead or Art Director.
• Proven experience in brand development, digital media, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in logo design, typography, layout, packaging, and brand identity.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other wireframing/visual design software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and guide a team to execute with excellence.
• Highly creative with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
