L3Harris Interstate Electronics Corporation is seeking a highly motivated embedded software engineer to join our Navigation Solutions software development team. Successful candidates perform complex professional software engineering assignments requiring expertise covering a range of the GPS domain within a team environment.

Headquartered in Anaheim, CA, IEC is a recognized industry leader in defense and security solutions, providing critical technology advancements in the areas of GPS/ Position Navigation and Timing, and Range and Test Solutions.
Essential Functions:
Hands on embedded C development, including integrating and debugging on target hardware
Embedded software design, development, and test
Experience with GPS Cryptography and information Assurance
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development methodology
Platform experience using Linux/Windows, C and GCC
Up to 10% travel within the US
Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
3+ years of Requirement Analysis experience.
6+ years of experience with C
4+ years of experience with design and implementation of deeply embedded software.
Must have an active Secret security clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience in GPS receiver development and cryptography
Familiar with Defense industry typical documentation and milestone reviews
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $109,500- $203,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
