We are hiring a Senior Robotics Engineer to lead the exploration and deployment of advanced robotic technologies in support of both internal innovation and production process improvement. This role combines hands-on robotics development with concept research and technical leadership across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement emerging robotic technologies including robotic vision systems
  • Split time between hands-on robot programming/testing and concept development/technology scouting
  • Lead proof-of-concept development projects to validate new automation methods
  • Support operations teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for robotic integration and deployment
  • Assist with proposal and estimating efforts through technical recommendations
  • Track budgets and project timelines; present technical findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly to executive, director, and C-suite audiences
  • Travel as needed to customer facilities, domestic events, and international group locations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics integration, programming, or R&D development
  • Experience with Fanuc robots preferred; exposure to other brands is a plus
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as RoboGuide or Process Simulate
  • Vision system experience strongly preferred, but training can be provided
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
