Job Title: Sr. Recruiter - Sales Focus
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range:
Up to $75/hr
What's the Job?
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, with an emphasis on Sales & Marketing roles.
Collaborate with recruiting team members to develop and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
Drive the offer process, including extending offers and generating offer letters.
What's Needed?
8-12 years of recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience hiring Sales Professionals or Account Executives is required.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms.
Strong knowledge of common employment laws and government compliance regulations affecting recruitment.
