Role Responsibilities:

Work with a diverse team of heat transfer and systems experts

Lead technology development programs that will enable career growth

Solve engineering problems critical to the reduction in energy use and carbon emissions

Join the R&D sector of the leading global HVAC&R company

Role Purpose:

Lead technology development programs and deliver on-time solutions to customers.

Develop, validate, and deploy new heat exchanger technologies for Carrier?s current and growing range of products

Identify and pursue innovation opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, reliability, and competitiveness of Carrier products.

Develop and apply state-of-art design and simulation tools to optimize heat exchanger performance

Design and employ heat transfer test facilities; plan and supervise laboratory experiments.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience

PhD degree with 1+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience

$74,181 - $130,206 Annually
