Role Purpose:
Work with a diverse team of heat transfer experts
Manage the day-to-day planning for lab technicians and facilities
Support engineering design work specific to lab facilities and testing capabilities
Join the R&D sector of the leading global HVAC&R company
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day planning for lab technicians and facilities
Coordinate with engineers on test facility, improvements and test plans
Lead continuous improvement efforts related to lab operation and facility maintenance
Support engineering design work support specific to lab facilities and testing capabilities
Manage relationships and coordinate with lab specific suppliers and vendors
Support group purchasing and sourcing requirements
Ownership of the operation and calibration of all test facilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with technicians and engineering teams
Experience lending design expertise to cross-functional product development teams
Ability to drive continuous improvement in lab and test operations

Pay Range:
$90,263 - $157,959 Annually
