Caterpillar?s Building Construction Products (BCP) division is hiring a
Senior Marketing Communications Consultant
in Cary, NC.
Role Summary:
This role has ownership over one of BCP?s largest and most successful marketing lead programs. In addition, the role will manage dealer communication strategy and work with internal sales teams on marketing promotions for the division.

You'll
Do
Analyzing the business objective and opportunities to develop and align marketing strategies.
Conducting market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Establishing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
Maintaining effective internal marketing department communications and business partnercommunications to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing businessscenarios.
What You Have
Promotion and Marketing Communications:
Experience using different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how the business communicates to the market.
Vendor/Supplier Management:
Experience managing relationships with dealers and agency partners; Monitors and communicates vendor effectiveness, reliability and performance.
Effective Communication: Communicates well downward, upward, and outward; Adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience.
Relationship Management
: Proven ability to establishand maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.
Creativity: Explores a variety of creative approaches to connect with our audiences. Finds new ways to approach problems.
Collaboration: Experience working across a matrixed organization in collaborative processes that lead to problem solving and the achievement of business goals.

Marketing data analytics experience
Experience in project management and marketing campaign management
Experience running partnershipprograms
Dealer network experience

Work location: Cary, NC
Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment which
requires 3 days per week of onsite, in-office work
Domestic relocation assistance is available with this role
Travel up to 20%
Summary Pay Range:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
