Caterpillar?s Rental & Used division is hiring a

Marketing Program Analyst

to oversee the administration of the Global Allied Vendor Program. This role involves direct interaction with both domestic and international vendors and dealers, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, issue adjudication, excellent communication skills, and effective program management. The ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management is essential. Familiarity with Allied products (Non-Caterpillar), their applications and markets to assist Dealers in diversifying their rental fleet mix of products will also prove useful for an individual in this role.

What You Will Do:

Collect and manage Allied Vendor RFQ pricing, commercial terms, quarterly reporting and vendor contact information.

Plan and execute the Allied Vendor Product Fair and Reception?.

Support rental product training events, attend trade shows and vendor facilities as needed.

Support team meetings and resolve issues with vendors and dealers.

Onboard new vendors, including setting up as dealer suppliers and creating webpages.

Train new vendor personnel on website usage and reporting sales.

Maintain and update the website and relevant files.

Review and compare annual Vendor RFQ pricing submission against corporate goals for cost reductions and improved commercial terms.

Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in basic Microsoft tools, and able to create and make presentations to differing audiences.

Relationship Management : Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Vendor/Supplier Management : Works with vendors to assure that products or services are delivered to time and quality specifications; Examples of resolving routine issues.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

+ Experience interfacing with OEM?s who support the equipment rental industry and dealers / branches who are engaged in renting equipment to end users

Basic understanding of the equipment rental business model including the importance of sales and service training and marketing initiatives

Experience in planning off-site meetings and nationwide events

Additional Details

Location: Cary, NC

Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in office work.

up to 20 %, domestic and international

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
