Job Description

Astrome is looking to hire Senior HR Manager to improve overall well-being of the team and to scale up the team both in efficiency and size.

Responsibilities

Identify different departments'/divisions' objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on

Track the progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing

Research, develop, and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees

Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans

Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process

Guide junior HR managers and discuss the employee career progression and paths

Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate

Work and define the budget for HR programs

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

10 years of proven experience in HR management and recruitment

Exceptional human resources management skills

Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Complete know-how and hands-on experience of talent recruitment processes and employee benefits programs

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management

Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software. E.g.: Workable, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.

Sound knowledge of central and state labor laws for HR

Excellent people management skills

Excellent mentorship and leadership skills

Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations

Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans
