About the Role:

As a Senior Content Writer at apna.co, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of one of India's most dynamic brands. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to craft compelling, impactful, and engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. Your storytelling prowess and creative insights will help strengthen apna's brand presence across multiple channels, from digital campaigns to social media, email marketing, and more.

• Define Brand Language & Tone: Shape the end-to-end brand language and tone for Apna Advantage, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• Create a Cohesive Brand Narrative: Build and execute a cohesive narrative across social media (Instagram, YouTube), performance campaigns, SEO, in-app, referral programs, customer journeys, and offline channels.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Craft Compelling Stories: Transform complex ideas about Apna Advantage's products and services into simple, relatable narratives that resonate with users.
• Research & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, user insights, and competitor strategies to inform your copy and ensure relevance and innovation in messaging.
• Establish Trust: Your goal is to make Apna Advantage a trusted platform for online career advancement.
