The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking in-house Senior Competition Counsel to be part of a dynamic and growing company and Legal team. NVIDIA?s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world!

What you'll be doing:

Partnering with the legal team and management on our competition matters.
Interfacing with U.S. regulators (both federal and state) and regulators from around the world.
Working with cross-functional, global NVIDIA teams, such as NVIDIA?s contract and investment teams, on ways to help promote competition.

What we need to see:

A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California and/or Washington, D.C.
10+ years of experience at a law firm, regulatory agency, or company.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
Exceptional legal judgment across a wide variety of subject matters.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 280,000 USD - 442,750 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
