Senior Collections Analyst

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will be part of the collections department supporting key account management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Collections Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Downers Grove, IL (in office 6 times a month)

Pay Range:

$24-30/hr.

Job Type:

Full Time, 6-month contract with the potential to convert to FTE

What's the Job?

Initiate collection calls to customers and manage collection plans.

Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and recommend solutions.

Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.

Make recommendations to management regarding customers to be placed on hold or sent to collection.

Review credit limits for new and existing accounts.

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience in a collections role in a commercial/B2B environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Experience with MS D365 or similar ERP accounting applications.

Knowledgeable in AP processing with prior experience.

Ability to source process improvements and manage workflows effectively.
