Complete Care Management (CCMI) Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with C-suite level access to health plans to drive expansion of our delegate care management, nursing staffing, back-office staff augmentation, remote and in-person assessments, and other services to health plans across the U.S. This role is a high impact, revenue-generating position for a strategic and results-oriented sales leader who can open doors and close enterprise-level deals.

Requirements
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with health plans, including Managed Long-Term Care Plans (MLTCs), Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and Medicare Advantage Plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within health plans
Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long term partnerships and revenue growth
Work closely with internal teams to customize CCMI's services to meet the unique needs of each health plan
Drive negotiations, contract finalizations, and service implementation in collaboration with the operations and legal teams
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting health plans
Represent CCMI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
7 to 10 years experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships, preferably with health plans, MLTCs and MCOs.
Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with C-suite executives at health plans
