One of our companies is currently looking for a Clinical Data Manager in United States and India .

As a Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of clinical data transfers and corrections within the platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a combination of leadership, data strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize data workflows across clinical projects. You will lead a team of data scientists and management professionals while ensuring data integrity and quality assurance throughout the clinical trial process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in clinical data management who is looking to lead and influence clinical trial data strategy and execution.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data management professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve high performance.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical data transfers between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Oversee the execution of clinical data corrections within the platform and advise on best practices.
• Design and review reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless data workflows and execution of clinical projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in clinical data management processes.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in clinical data management or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in R for data analysis and visualization, along with advanced SQL knowledge for database management.
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decision-making.
• Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems is preferred, as is knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FDA or EMA.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's degree and certification in clinical data management are preferred.
