Job Purpose:
The Senior Adobe Analytics Developer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing digital analytics across multiple web properties. This role requires an expert in Adobe Analytics Suite, with a robust background in tag management and web data layer implementation. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, marketers, and IT teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and ensure high-quality implementation of digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics and related tools (Launch, Target, AEM).
• Lead the design and implementation of analytics tagging and data layer strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
• Administer and optimize tag management systems across digital properties.
• Conduct QA and debugging of tags, analytics data, and web implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and analytics reporting strategies.
• Validate and maintain data integrations and exports (e.g., S3, SFTP).
• Troubleshoot analytics issues and provide technical support to internal teams.
• Support agile project delivery and manage multiple analytics initiatives.
• Recommend and implement best practices for digital data collection and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in Adobe Analytics and related tools such as Adobe Launch, Target, and AEM.
• Strong experience in tag management and implementing web data layers.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
