Duties:
Leading month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Implementing accounting policies aligned with global requirements and IFRS/GAAP
Reconciling complex account balances and performing product costing analyses
Managing payroll, bank, and fixed asset accounting functions
Supporting financial audits and external reporting deliverables
Driving process improvements and standardization of General Ledger operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and manufacturing
Proficiency in SAP required
Leadership experience with strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
