Job Description

Financial Management:

Monitoring the accounting period close and ensuring timely closure and limited review audits in SAP.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Automation initiatives.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with IND- AS and other financial regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and assist in providing required documentation and explanations.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Close Internal Audits on a timely basis.

Internal Controls and Process Improvement:

Help establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient and effective accounting processes and procedures.
Assist in implementing and maintaining financial and accounting systems.
Financial Master Data management.
Assist with SOP design and dissemination.

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA Inter/CA) qualification.
Good command over business language.
3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles and a self-starter.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, SAP knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with team and independently.
