Job Description
Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm we are hiring for our Fintech Product based client which is a digital invoice discounting platform by A. TREDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) Ltd, a joint venture between Axis Bank and B2B e-commerce company m-junction. It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates.
Work Location: Thane , Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement full onboarding journey of Financiers
- Work closely with FIs to meet their needs and ensure smooth transaction flow
- Requirement gathering and preparation of BRD
- Identify, define, and prioritize on new platform features and workflow to improve user experience and operational effectiveness
- Tracking project status, delivery timelines and meeting adoption goals with FI partners
Requirements
- Ideal candidate would have exp with Wholesale banking domain, fig team, inter bank transactions, interbank borrowing etc
- Ideal candidate would come for FIG ( Financial Institutions Group ) team of leading banking or NBFCs.
- will be the bridge between invoicemart and banks, so as to build transactional Platforms,
- Translate business requirements to tech efforts and explain it to development team
- Would work for Banking working days from work from office
