This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 15-50 LPA)

This position demands an individual with expertise in IT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation, capable of independently generating new business opportunities within the Indian market. It is a hunter role centered on acquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development. Requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market. Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services. Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources. Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources. Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
