What is this opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Development to lead and expand our Sales Development team, reporting directly to the VP of Growth. You will be responsible for building upon the current team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team that drives pipeline opportunities and aligns with Eleos Health's overall growth objectives.
This role combines strategic execution and hands-on leadership. The SDR Manager will work closely with Sales Account Executives, the Sales and Account Management AVPs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in our revenue-generating efforts. This is a high-impact role for a motivated professional who's passionate about mental health technology, team development, and results.

You are skilled at building and optimizing high-performing SDR teams, leveraging technology, and using data to drive decision-making.
