Position Details:

• Location: Waterville, ME
• Employment Type: Per-Diem (3 Days/Week)
• Hourly Rate: $36.81
• Schedule: Per-diem shifts from 5:45 AM 6:15 PM (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress accurately
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and regulations
• Provide clear, timely documentation in EHR systems

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited program
• Active ME RN license and BLS certification
• 1+ year of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or related settings
• Proficiency with EHR systems, medication administration, and care plan implementation
• Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and adaptability
