We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Waterville, ME . This per-diem position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient recovery and care quality.

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Provide wound care and assist with clinical procedures
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Encourage and support rehabilitation goals through empathetic care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Experience: At least 1 year in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
• Technical Skills:
• Medication administration
• Wound care
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
• Soft Skills: Compassionate, communicative, and dependable team player
